Do new officers have to wait till they are off probation to start selling heroine?

Which officer sells the best eightballs?

And finally, would it be cheaper for me to buy heroine by bulk directly from Chief Scarberry or does he have a LT handle that side of things?

you are looking to find out what officer sells the best "heroine", you are away a "heroine" is a female hero, if you mean "heroin" the narcotic, you need to specify

are you aware away means to not be present? or do you mean "aware?" you might need to specify.
