Richard works for Tampa PD. In the wee morning hours on Fri 05/11 45 minutes before his time to go home. He had an officer shot on his frequency. Richard did a fantastic job. He stay calm and cool and had his act together. We are very proud of him as well as the units that were on his frequency. You can this all this by the number of commendations he has received.
