We tried this in our city and it didn't work too well as they were usually in HUD buildings. Not the place you want to reside in if your are married. A couple of our single officer's gave it a try, but gave it up due to the number of times they had to respond to calls in the building they lived in.
Ask about the "conditioins" they require before moving in.
