Is anyone being held to there contract when they leave or what?

The contract is a new thing. Only the recent hires had to sign one.

Is that contract for uncert or just new hires in general?

Its for all new hires. And yes they have used it on one LEO who during FTO left which cost plenty.

But, if the Chiefs new pay plan goes into effect we should have no one leaving!
