Whats with the new blue vehicles? Whom ever is in charge of the vehicles should know that the state is having all departments to go back
to black and whites, they are everywhere, opa locka, beach, etc....

The state isn't mandating the B&W's, they are just becoming very popular.

The only reason the black and whites are coming back is because Dodge doesn't charge extra for a two tone paint job. Ford and Chevy followed suit. If it cost anything you'd still be looking at the same old stripe jobs on a plain white car.
I can't for the life of me figure out why the city chose the paint scheme they did. Now you guys look like some Georgia SO cars.
