Rick Staly

I'm sure many of you remember Rick Staly, having been a former Chief Deputy with OCSO, he is now a reserved deputy with the Flagler County Sheriff's Office and rumored to be considering a run for Sheriff in Flagler County. Seems Mr. Staly has landed a pretty cush job heading up Security for Bobby Ginn.

What is with this guy, why did he leave OCSO, why do you think he surfaced in Flagler County, should we be concerned?
