OK, lets get started on the newest round of promotions or shall we call them "FAVORS OWED" by Donnie on his way out the door.

What did each of these folks do in return for their promotions ?

By the way Donnie, don't let that door hit you in the arse on the way out.

These are some of the things they did and were repaid the Favors with promotions for Don.

Captains :
Jim H.- Dolphin Tickets
Bob H. - sex & drugs in the 80's
Paul A. - Showed him nude photos of whats her name ?
Jimmy E. - Beans & rice for lunch
Larry B. - Kissed Arse

Majors : Bill R. - undercover spy in the F.O.P
John B - sharp guy, deserved it
Brian S - Will beat up people for Don

thought Lt. marc C was next up........

I personally could give a crap. We all need to face the plain and simple truth...at one point or another all the Lieutenants will be Captains, and etc. etc. especially in a soon to be very young department. There is only one thing you can do...study or quit complaining...period.

Thats exactly why were making fun of it, LOL and enjoy the free circus show about to start.

Most have prior issues in their history and will continue to have troubles.

"YOU SUPERVISORS ALREADY THERE, WHO HAVE TAKEN THE TEST AND PROMOTED....YOU MAKE A CHANGE...IF NOT POSSIBLE, SHUT THE HECK UP AND STOP TRYING TO DRAG THE REST OF THE RANK AND FILE DOWN WITH YOU BY PROMOTING UP" bla bla bla

Riley-Bambis-As they were. Nothings changed.

J H-Wants to change the world he used to live in.

Bobby- (Jimmy?) E- Biggest change of all. A supervisors nightmare as an officer, now wants to count every bean.

BH-Do we really need this? Fighter pilot/professor,Dentist? This guy has done it all. Not afraid to tell you he's done it all.

RA-Kiss arse extrodinaire. Nothings changed here.

LB-Same as above.

Mr. City Manager,

I hope you share some responsibility for allowing Don to makes these promotions.

Don has left us with a command staff of misfits. This promotion will embarrass you and the rest of us.

You should be a shame for allowing this to occur, and we should be a shame for allowing it to happen.

Where was the FOP (Bobby) on this issue?

Where was bobby during these promotions he was with donnie, and that other idiot who still wants to be known as Assistant Chief you know martin. When are you idiots going to figure it out Bobby is in on all of these issues.[/b]
