What is there to do in Venice?

Me and a buddy will be staying in your city for the Police Olympics and playing in the golf competition. What the hell is there to do in Venice? Any suggestions of decent bars or strip clubs in the area would be greatly appreciated. We were partnered up with a couple of Venice PD guys last year. We'll be staying at "The Inn on the Beach" Maybe someone can give me some feedback on that place.

ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACES TO VISIT IS EMERALD CITY IN PORT CHARLOTTE. TAKE US41 SOUTH AND IT IS ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE JUST BEFORE YOU HIT SR776. ITS CHEAP ENTERTAINMENT....YOU WONT BE SORRY.

Sharky's on the Pier is one of our most popular Restaurant's in town (right on the beach). Nice out door bar, good entertainment, and they usually take care of us if they know we are LEO's. For directions you can find it online, it is by our airport off of Harbor Drive.
