When is the PBA going to address the flex time issue? First off we should get 1 1/2 hours for each hour flexed instead of hour for hour. If I work all weekend long that does not equate to 8 hours off on a Tuesday. Second, it should be the Agents decision whether to flex hours or take the OT. If we choose to comp hours than it should go into a comp bank so we can use the hours when we want to instead of a Tues and Wed at last minutes notice. I hope this issue will be addressed.
