Question for FTO

Was wondering what the avearage length of the fto program is for LEO with prior PCSO experience. That being 4 years on the street and been gone a little over a year. Thanks in advance.

Minimum 7 weeks on the street in FTO.

Gone a year or less and you get slapped back into place rather quickly, they figure there have been detectives off the street for years, some a decade, that come back and do a few days to get back in the saddle. Dont buy the minimum 7 weesk crap. Call and ask direct.

Thanks for the replies... i knew the answer might vary somewhat. I just can't see another 4 months under the thumb when i recieved my laptop/taser/glock etc when everybody else did and would not be behind in that respect. :)

I was told by the Training section that they will not let anyone out of FTO for 10 weeks (minimum) with experience. That came right from the Sgt's mouth.
