Congrats to those who did well on it!!!

How does the sergeants testing process work for NPPD??? What are the steps?

First is the written test. If you pass that, then you interview with the Chief who can give you up to 5 points. Next is the Oral Review Boards.
All the scores are added and an average score is applied from all 3, giving the final list.

Who care they are no more then a cpl. LT runs the squad
