To see the good people he has turned away and the idiots he has passed through is just unbelievable. Super himself needs to be evaluated.

what a good point i wish Dr Super would read that so true how can someone fail at MSO and then work at BPD or PPD or so on he is a real waste of money and a joke to say the least

03-04-2007, 02:35 AM
Dr Super i wonder if he even could pass his own testing

03-14-2007, 07:56 PM
Dr. Super doesn't make the decision whether to hire an applicant or not he just makes a recommendation. The specific law enforcement agency makes the ultimate decision whether to hire the applicant based on, among other things, the applicant's polygraph and psych evaluation results. Besides, the MSO has higher standards than ANY of the police departments you mentioned.

Super IS the deciding factor in the hiring process. He scores you on a scale of 1 to 5, if you are a 1, 2, or 3, you move on in the hiring process. If you're scored a 4 or 5, your hiring process stops right there. I know this is a fact because someone I personally know had this happen to them and was told directly by Sheering that this how the process works.

Say what you will, but I've been scrutinzed by Dr. Super, and he was fair. (And I was already hired). He deemed me fit for duty after testing and interview, and I found him to be competent.

It helps to know how to test. If you can't figure out where the tests and Super are coming from how in Hades do you expect to figure out what a criminal mind is up to?

And yeah, he does love those freakin Bluebirds, lol.

Super doesn't have that much influence. He makes a recommendation. That's it. Do you really think that if "Junior" had gotten a 4 or 5 on his psych test he wouldn't have been hired in as the lieutenant in Crime Prevention?!!! Right!!!

Super's got no rank...just a doctoral degree. He submits a report with a recommendation and those in a position to hire make the ultimate decision. Junior was a prime example of that![/quote]

You hope you are starting soon. You were the only hiring prospect to visit "superduper" as you called him. So now 'superduper" knows who you are. You might want to try one of the beach agency's!

05-25-2007, 04:17 AM
This guy is not the most intelligent. Nothing like screwing yourself out of a job just so you can be "one of the boys" and post a reply on here. Looks like it won't be a big loss. Nice screw up!!!!! Try BPD. They like screw ups.

05-25-2007, 11:36 AM
Nah....he's screwed himself for all agencies in Manatee County...I believe everyone uses Dr. Super..... Good luck in Sarasota or St. Pete DA

05-27-2007, 09:07 PM

I'm certain I'm becoming a lesbian!

06-01-2007, 10:36 AM
Lets end this. Nobody likes the man! Everyone thinks he is a STUPID MAN! Everyone knows that he rejected several very good applicants and passed many other sig 20's (most of those sig 20 people that he passed can be found on this board). So now that everyone is on the same page, lets end this topic and move on :!: :?

07-12-2007, 03:26 AM
The best of DR. Super is that he likes to violate doctor/patient confidentiality and runs his mouth to the upper staff about his findings.Yea, so go in and tell your problems to him so he can pass them on.
