Yes that means you have to be an adult about looking at the naked body of a dead woman. Won't you look the fool when you missed a sharp object that penetrated a breast and caused the death, because your too stupid to know what you are talking about. You don't "accidently" expose a breast, you intentionally examine the whole body. What are you 12 years old?

Personally, if the area looks like a natural death I leave the bloated thing alone and wait for the ME, If it hints of foul play I call the detectives and start stringing tape.
